The last manual elevators in downtown Chicago were in the Unity Building on Dearborn just south of Randolph.  It fell in 1988-89 as part of the infamous "Block 37" project.

There is one manual elevator in the West Loop, a freight elevator in a small building across from CTA headquarters.
