I saw the West Junction sign, but the residential power line on the right 
always appears on the north side of the right of way in other photos, unless 
there was an identical along the south side of the right of way.

That noted, I believe city cars used on the interurban "division" for 
whatever reason, carried interurban headlights and markers, such as the 600s 
in local Rapid Transit service and the city cars used on the Lakeside 
Shuttle.

In this shot, the 825 appears to be in the old two man color scheme. We 
could possible pin-point the year based on when 825 was converted one man 
operational status.
