Interurbans *from* Pittsburgh

The problem is a sewer line that was installed a few years ago.  It's quite
hikeable, just not driveable.  Don't know about the R/W between the
bridges...have never been in there, though you can see some of the concrete
abutments from the highway during low weeds.
