Restructuring the list (Was: digital topo maps ....)

Being the new kid on the block I thought that I'd add my two cents worth
in.  I wouldn't mind seeing the 3 lists combined as I know a little bit
about the West Penn and Johnstown systems from the books that have been
written about them (hint hint Pittsburgh guys).  I don't know anything
about the smaller systems that you've mentioned but would like to see
them included as well (the more the merrier).

BTW, I've started watching a video of the Pittsburgh Railways that Jim
Holland was kind enough to send me.  I'm beginning to see what all of
the fuss is about.  Will watch some more of the interurban lines as soon
as I get some Dramamine.
