Switch Contactors !!!!!!!

Greetings!
I remember two different styles of overhead switch contactors used by
PRCo, neither of which show up in the Ohio Brass Catalogs. From whom
did PRCo purchase these switch contactors?
The older design was bulky looking. It appeared as though there were
two heavy black insulators running parallel to the wire for about 2 feet
which held contactors that the trolley wheel rolled against.
This older design was replaced with the very streamlined, brushed steel
contactor that had a slim box running its length with a smaller box on
top in the front. The smaller box apparently held contactors that were
closed when the hinged arm the trolley wheel rode across was pressed
upward. Replacement with this more modern contactor started about 1950.
Does anyone have information on these?
