More "Carbarn Sally" Pix on Dave's

Robert got it right. It was the Mayflower. Perhaps the "bugs galore" was a
nickname caused by the critters that actually did run across the booths
and counters (at least in the late 50's early 60's). The locals usually
went toward the Allegheny on Sixth to a White Tower. We have White
Castle's out here in Indiana, but they are almost identical.
