	Yes - this is true.  The two pre-PCC streamline light weights were 
assigned to Mt. Lebo and many of the early PCCs were put there also.  But it is 
curious that I can't find pictures of 1000-1099 in South Hills about 1950 - 
apparently none!
	73 Highland, 82 Lincoln, and a few other lines were among the first places 
to get premium equipment.
	South Hills got 1700-1724 and 1763-1769 - the first and almost last of the 
Westinghouse 17s.  But that doesn't explain why 1763-1769 moved out and oter 17s 
moved in!
