Hmmm, how about Liberty Ave. at 27th St,., where the PRR branch to the
produce district crossed?  The loco appears to be a PRR SW1 pulling reefers,
all of which fits.  Note that the 1506 has a PAT sticker.  That piece of
track came out not long after PAT took over, probably c.1966 or so.  That
kinda looks like the PRR 28th St. roundhouse in the background.
