It could have been Crawford.  The Civic Arena was under construction from
1959-61, and the Fullerton Street area may have been cleared as early as
1958.

Looks like it must be Centre and Crawford. The church would be Holy
Trinity, and the kink would perhaps accommodate the narrowing of Centre
Avenue as it passes eastward from the new alignment to the old.

Problem is, the PMRA map shows the Crawford track not replacing
Fullerton until 1960, and the photo is marked 1958.
