Workcar roster

Greetings all!  Per chance does anybody have an all-time complete PR
workcar roster?  Thanks to Ken, I recently obtained a copy of
Parkinson's book and was disappointed that the roster didn't include
workcars.

Also, I've heard of a motor flat with exceptionally large wheels (ie
wheel diameter).  Anybody know anything about this car?
