	What is considered large diameter wheels?  Some of the older PRCo high
floor equipment had larger wheels, probably 30-33 inches diameter.
	What size are the wheels under M454?  My roster doesn't give a size for
the 4000s and 4100s/
	Interurban cars rarely went over 36-inch wheels - too large and they
would not work with the city street trackage.  Probably many work cars
with 30" wheels and possibly but probably not 33-inch.
	Interurban cars 3800-3814 had 28" wheels.
