Traffic Signal -- SHJ

Greetings!

	I was looking at Bob Dietrich's website on SHJ and in particular this
photo - http://www.voicenet.com/~dietrich/SHJ/sidebw.htm - and noticed a
standard traffic signal - 3-lights - on the pole near the north end of
the building.
	There was an interlocking or switch tower at one time just out of site
on the left side.  I wonder if this also activated the lights as the
switches were thrown!
