Duquesne Incline 1960 accident

I've sent this message to the list, but it doesn't get through.  Maybe
it's the attachment.  I'll send it here without the attached photo, and
if it gets on the list, I'll send the photo in a separate e-mail.  Here's
the message:

I think the Duquesne Incline was part of PRC in 1960, so the attached
photo should be on-subject for this list.

I took this photo in August, 1960 from Carson St.  I just happened to be
driving by a short time after the Duquesne Incline jumped the tracks. 
Note the fireman climbing the tracks to rescue passengers, and the
policeman (white hat) in the foreground directing traffic on Carson St.

Unfortunately, back then I didn't have a telephoto lens.  I had started
taking color slides the year before, and I was just happy to have an
adjustable Kodak Pony IV camera (I still have one).  The camera had
close-up lenses, but no removeable mount for a telephoto lens.
