The outside of the Cities Service locomotive portfolios simply says, "A
gift from you neighborly Cities Service Dealer."
The 8X10" full color prints are quite detailed, and there's brief text
inside that describes the locomotives' histories.
There's a tag line on the inside pocket that states, "We hope you enjoy
these fine prints and that they serve to remind you of Cities Service."
I have a similar portfolio that I got in 1950 from Lionel to celebrate
their 50th anniversary. It contains two-color (kind of blue and brown)
art prints, and brief summaries of the locomotives inside the portfolio.
Curiously, none of the locomotives are duplicated between the Cities
Service and Lionel sets.
