Tragic News from Kenosha

I just received this horrible news from the Speedrail group in
Milwaukee:

One bit of terrible, tragic news is that Kenosha Transport
Manager Joseph McCarthy died of a heart attack last Saturday evening.
He
was just 48.  Joe was the guy most responsible for bringing the trolley
to
Kenosha, so we will all miss him terribly.  At least we know that the
system he started will be his legacy.  We are going to urge the mayor of

Kenosha (John Antaramian) to name the new transit center/carbarn after
Joe, too.
