	This photo  IS  Credited to Bill Vigrass  --  two captions together
here and I noticed the other one - please forgive!

	US Mail is not the only thing that is slow at the holidays - so is
Internet mail.  Usually a post to this list is returned to me within
5-minutes  --  this one took 1.5-hours  --  an 1800% delay!
