Car Life -- Correction

Time to give the U.S. Postal Service a kudo: on December 23 I placed a
last-minute bid on some Nikon camera equipment on ebay, and I was the successful
bidder.  I mailed (regular First Class) a check to the seller that afternoon.
He received my check on the 26th, and mailed (Priority Mail)  the camera
equipment to me that day.  I received the package this morning (Dec. 28).
That's less than five days, including a holiday, for total mail time.  Must be a
new record for the USPS.
