West End Trolley Coach Proposal

If it's there I'm not specifically aware of it.  There was earlier material
from about 1936, if I recall correctly.

Good news (I hope)...had a volunteer yesterday in my quest for a researcher
who can answer inquiries.  He's coming Thursday to discuss the need, and he
knows what he's looking at.  If it happens it will be a big plus.  I just
brought 22 cartons out of PAT, some of it about a century old, and it will
be nice to get it in usable fashion.

Is there a copy of the 1950 Westinghouse trolley coach conversion
proposal for the West End in the library collection? The 1953 report is
an update of the 1950 version and refers to the latter repeatedly.
