Ken,

Don't knock Argus cameras.  I'll let you in on a little secret...ALL of
my photos from 1962-67 were taken with an Argus C-3, and before that I
used an old fixed-focus Brownie!   The trick is to use a tripod, a
relatively high-speed film, and fill-flash even in daylight (and of
course, at night).  I've been using Nikon equipment since 1967, but I
still have the old Argus C-3 in the bag and it's ready to shoot if I need
it!
