That's right. It's Danforth, which was the destination on the east end
of the Bloor St. trolley line.
Toronto signed its PCCs with the destination first (e.g., Jane St., or
simply "Jane"), and then the route name (e.g.,Bloor St., or "Bloor").
So, until the Bloor St. Subway was completed in the mid-60s, there were
many cars with "Jane Bloor" signs.
Pittsburgh didn't split many of its signs, but the East End line
"Hamilton - Jane" was an exception.
And now you know the connection between the two Janes.
