PRCo Portable Rail Grinder

Greetings!

	PRCo had a *portable-rail-grinder* that operated off the overhead 600
and ran on the track while grinding.  When a trolleycar came along,
rubber tires were extended, a *ground-stinger* was placed on the rail,
and the grinder was driven off to the side of the road to allow the
trolleycar to pass.  The trolley pole was extra long and while it
sported the typical PRCo wheel, it was mounted on a swivel (ala the
wheels on the early trolley coaches and the shoes more commonly
associated with trolley coaches) to allow the maneuver to the side of
the road.  This feature also allowed the grinder to easily
*drive-itself* onto the trailer used to haul it around.
