Can't recall if anybody ever answered the original question, but Shaker
Heights car #1211 and Pittsburgh snow sweeper #M-30 were destroyed by
fire on 10/22/97.  Toronto PCC #4656 and Peter Witt #2778 were also
damaged in the fire.  NORM had pictures of them on their website, but I
believe that they have since been removed.
