Greetings!

	The overhead is not completely intact - all the frogs have been removed
from the West End connection.  Look how the overhead for the inbound 32
crosses  OVER  the outbound tunnel lines with a spacer between the two. 
The spacer is needed because the flange of the wheel extends well above
the wire and a touching contact wire - even on top - could cause
dewirement.
	A trolleycar could have made the turn but it would be necessary to move
the trolley pole manually.  With the complicated overhead here it was
easier and more economical to leave it all in place than to take down
the West End connection and make new spans for the remaining wire.
