TR: Another South Hills Junction Update

Greetings!
It is a 1600. When the money came in to overhaul the PCCs, it
specified 100-1700 series cars. Sooooo, PRCo had already scrapped the
original 1775-1799 series because it felt as though the brake were
floored when the power pedal was released and interurban motormen most
definitely disliked that feature. To make up for that they made an
experiment with 1616 and renumbered it to 1776 . . . and the story goes
on from there.
There seems to be some disagreement about the original number for
1799. It is now reported as 1613 but had been reported as 1640 or some
other sixteen.
