Jim,

Thanks for the 1700 numbering exercise.  I think I have a handle on it
now, although some will accuse you of mathematical sleight of hand. 
Don't be surprised if you get more questions.  

I'll keep your e-mail in the file proving that the 21st Century begins on
1/1/2001.
