Y-e-s -- the situations are extremely similar, aren't they? I was
thinking about the Y2K business the whole time I wrote that. A century
begins with year one and ends with an even number - 1801-1900, right?
Many systems start their car numbers the same way - seemed like PRCo
was one of the few that ordered in even lots of 100 beginning the car
numbering with a double 00!
