Location anyone?

It looks like a loop location, but based on the location of the Car Stop
sign, it's not Troy Hill or Spring Garden. If it's a street scene I doubt
if it was on Fineview since there weren't many level streets there.  That
leaves the West End...   
There's a '52 Ford in the right background, so that would probably date
the view in the 1950s when I believe the Savings Bond car ran on
22-Crosstown.
