I'll take a couple more stabs at it:
Did the Woods Run loop look anything like this?
The 6 Brighton Road loop?
The Etna loop came to mind...I know it isn't the Millvale loop.
Bob, I am fairly certain you would have recognized it if it were the Muldowney Loop.
