Fineview or Troy Hill ???????

Greetings!

	The caption on this particular URL
(http://davesrailpix.railfan.net/pitts/htm/wvp185.htm) says that it is
on the Fineview Hill.  While this is a charter and anything is possible,
the sign does display 4-TROY HILL.  I think it is actually the latter.

	TRUE  or  FALSE  ?!?!
