Greetings!

	Super!  --  Many  THANKS!

	Looks like you were standing in the same indentical spot of the
original photographer - very well done!  In the lower foreground of the
*now* photo are marks which look like rails or where rails had been for
the northbound track and the line evident in the Miller photo between
the beginning of the brick paving between the rails of same track and
the end of the concrete / asphalt paving of said track also seems to be
evident in the *now* photo.
	The house looks to be in very good condition and there is more *nature*
in the photo with some pines apparently on the old prw on the east side
of 88 with a very tall hedge(?) along the property line and more trees
in the distance.  The trees on the west side of 88 are more manicured or
different trees!
	The power company poles have had the lower crossarm removed!
