Charleroi Car House -- 3811

Greetings!

	It so happens that the same identical photo of PRCo 3811, which I
purchased from Cliff Scholes--#PGH0192 and which shows this car in front
of the Charleroi Car House, is also on Dave's site from Bill Volkmer
(http://davesrailpix.railfan.net/pitts/htm/wvp16.htm) and identified as
South Hills Car House (no credit given to the photographer!)  The
overhead is not clear here (on the website) but from the photo which I
have you can see a span from a pole behind the car running at an angle
to the front of the car where a frog must exist onto the loop track into
the yard / barn.  But gauntlet overhead is not visible.  The *Power-Off*
insulator is visible just behind the car.
