When I said "never covered" I was referring to asphalt covering, and yes CERA 
110 does cover Mon West Penn.   I think there is some video available on MWP 
and more might surface sometime.  Jim Harron who frequents the Indy traction 
meet
was working on Doc Blackburn about 3 years ago to put some of his footage on 
video.  His stuff is great to look at.
