             car 1286 off tr. 11, route 95, oper 1350 en route to station.

System notes:  attendance at first game of world's series at Forbes field 
this afternoon about 36,700.  Game over 3:28 p  All clear 4:20 p  Before game 
used two men with portable fare boxes on Forbes at Bouquet, 2 on Forbes at 
Atwood and 2 on Fifth at Atwood.  After game used 3 men with portable fare 
boxes on fifth at Atwood 2 on Fifth at Thackeray,3 on Forbes at Bouquet and 3 
on Forbes at Schenley Hotel.
After game operated 20 tgrippers inbound on Forbes, 20 trippers inbound on 
Fifth Av, 8 southbound and 5 northbound on 77/54, 3 outbound on each of 
routes 64 and 76 and 9 buses outbound route 68.  17 cars stored in Duquesne 
Garden for service after game.

Way Dept:   wheels of cars climbing at track frog. should be inspected.  At 
exit, duquesne garden, reported by supervisor.

Rt. 82 car 1740  719a  at Penn & Euclid  front and center doors out of order. 
 operated out of service to Craft Ave. Replaced inbound from Penn & Euclid at 
7:59a 6 minutes late by 1436

Rt. 82  car 1503  Penn & Euclid 731a  brakes failing.  operated in clear.  
Replaced by car 1150 off tr. 2 oper. 4064, route 96 and disabled car sent to 
Craft Ave. Station.

Rt. 88  car 1537  733a  at outer terminus.  on time leaving, forced to pass 
up patrons on Penn from Graham to 40th. St.

Rt. 67  car 1538 755p craft ave. station.  dynamic bvrake failure replaced by 
car 1728

All in a days work,  there is more on the sheet for later.  I only have this 
one day.
