Checked this morning and yes, Market St. underpass at railroad station has 
received a thin covering of asphalt.  Rail was still exposed last time I 
walked to post office, but that may have been quite a few months ago.  One 
of those things that was "always there" and never noticed its' absence.   
Judging from apparent thickness of asphalt, we'll see the rails again in a 
couple of years.
