1713 had an hourglass front, 1613 (as 1799) had  (has?) a red front. 1713 lost
its retro red scheme not long after it was applied and was retired in the white
with yellow and black striping "light rail" scheme.

BTW, has 1713's new owners done any work on the car since acquiring it from
PAT?  Ken J.
