Greetings!

	Gleanings From *Trolley Fare*
		December--1964

"The PAT that wasn't going to paint any more trolleys has, or at least
has finished two cars that were in the process when the no-paint policy
was announced. 1548 and 1762 now sport the gray, red, and white of
PAT. New wheels are being applied en mass, in the last month or so
1433, 1459, 1514, 1527, 1535, 1539, 1540, 1640 and 1768 at least have
been re-wheeled. All the sweepers and M134 that had been stored at
Craft Avenue are now at Tunnel, and M459 is now at Craft. 1457 and 1458
have apparently been assigned to Tunnel, and three 1500s are on the
missing list. Have you seen 1538, 1546 or 1552 of late [wonder if
anyone looked in Ray's yard?!(::>))]? If so let us know. All 284 other
PAT cars are accounted for. The safety signs on the rear of the cars
are being painted over, that on 1653 being the first to go."
