Other notes include specific car assignments to barns, cars with Dash
Lights, cars with Headlight Wings removed, and.......

Cars with wings applied by PRCo:::::::
1500, 1505, 1523, 1525, 1528, 1557, 1559, 1564, 1602, 1604, 1612, 1617,
1632, 1638, 1641, 1642, 1654, 1655, 1658, 1674, 1676, 1681, 1693, 1696,
1697.

We know that wings were left off the 1500s and 1600s when delivered to
PRCo because of war time restrictions on chrome. But I have photos of
other cars which had wings, 1646 as an example, and this car is not
listed above nor is it listed in the group with 'headlight wings
removed.' What does it mean?
