Greetings!

	Gleanings From *Trolley Fare*
		May--1965

"The list of cars with dash lights remaining which was included in the
last issue was published with the note that it was probably already out
of date. Such was exactly the case, as the day after typing the list,
your editor observed 1602 sans lights. They have also been since
removed from 1636, 1655, 1711, and 1755. 1637 was last seen rumbling
about with one dash light, so it should be on the list soon also. 1655
had a new red front applied and apparently lost its headlight 'wings' in
the process. This is a return to the original situation; a number of
the 1500s and 1600s (which were delivered without 'wings') had such
applied by PRCo in more recent years. Some of these have now been
removed. Those remaining include: 1500, 1501, 1505, 1521, 1523, 1525,
1528, 1557, 1559, 1562, 1564, 1602, 1604, 1612, 1617, 1632, 1637, 1638,
1641, 1642, 1645, 1654, 1658, 1674, 1675, 1681, 1688, 1693, 1696, 1697."

Think it can be assumed that there are still some 17s that have
'wings;' the list seems to concentrate on the 15s and 16s only.
