Amusement Parks and West View Park

I'm sitting here smiling at the fear of the content police.

In early adulthood, I developed a fascination for the Big Boy and strawberry
pie, and I would drive all the way from Lancaster to Pittsburgh and back just
to eat.  Both abilities and tastes have changed.  It takes three days to go
over and back now.  And I would rather have a German dinner at Max's Allegheny
Tavern on the Norside. And Eat and Squat has expanded well outside
southwestern Pennsylvania; the nearest one to my home is only two miles away.
Do I go there?  Last time was probably in 1998 or 1999, but I often have
breakfast at the Washington PA location when I'm working at Arden.

That would make a wonderful scene in some Hollywood epic for teenagers.  Sort
of down the line of the kids chaining the policeman's rear axle to a fire
hydrant and then speeding passed him at 80 per.
