Early Fall of ???? Tours !!!!

A good time is after leaves are down, best is after a very light snow.  
December-January-February are best for this type of "nonsense", excuse me, 
"industrial archeology".

More research needed for PS, possibly even first stop at County Court House 
to check deeds.  Learned hard way that tends to be waste of time looking for 
old rights of way without doing some homework first.
