Here is confirmation from the treasurer of the Milwaukee area traction group
concerning the 5th Kenosha PCC's paint scheme.

And since Pittsburgh was the first system to place a PCC into revenue service
(never mind Brooklyn placing the first order), I believe it is appropriate to honor
the Steel City's PCC heritage. Besides, red and white are UW's colors! :-)
