The interchange from the bridge, if you call that Mifflin, goes over. Ramp
Street, which comes off Streets Run Rd and goes up to rejoin Mifflin by
Hays School, goes under.

I managed to do that on the Shaker line once when travelling into
Cleveland with Gary Dillon. He was amused.
