I wholeheartedly agree with Jim on the condition of the PCCs in 1958-59
when I took those movies . I did ride on one car whose number is lost in
a fuzzy history that had what I call cake-rust on the interior window
sills and it probably was on the Mckeesport line where a few 1200s
soldered  [sic] on with the others. Electrically it ran and worked fine
. Or more likely it was on the West End lines which I rode but could not
photograph due to time and money restraints . It seemed to me the worst
cars were put out on these lines near the end and were left there
following abandonment  shortly after my first visit to Pittsburg .
