These cars were really beat when they were scrapped in 1951 or so.  I doubt
anyone wanted them around any longer than necessary.

Did PRwyCo give any thought to retaining some of their last pre-PCC
interurbans and converting them to work equipment? When were these cars
scrapped? Ken J.
