PRCo    Smithfield    &    Water

	"RUMOR    HAS    IT    that The Rwys will install an interesting
temporary track at the north end of the Smithfield Street Bridge, where
considerable revamping is to be done as part of the Parkway
interchange.   A shoo-fly will probably be installed on the bridge and
some form of single-track temporary rail will be used to angle towards
Grant St."
