PRCo    North    Side    Re--route

	"SOME    NORTHSIDE    CARS    have been crossing the rather rough
stretch at Penn During the repaving of the 6th Street Bridge.   And
diversified operation in that area during the paving has polished some
of the formerly unused rail on Duquesne Way."
