Greetings!

PERC NMRA Fan Trip

"SATURDAY EVENING AUGUST 23rd was the occasion of what was
perhaps the greatest Pittsburgh trolley fantrip of all time, when 647
fans filled 11 assorted PRC cars to overflowing. Bob Scanlon did an
excellent job of preparing special NMRA roll signs for each of the cars,
and Lou Redman and John Baxter did things up brown for the convention
guests and made their eyes pop at the sight of eleven different types of
PRC passenger cars, operated in this order: 1069, M452 (4106),
1418, 1140, 4398, 1242, 1631, 3487, 1504, 1647,
1774. Much credit goes also to a PERC gang who did a beautiful
hurry-up job of repainting our 3487 for the occasion...even down to the
white tires. Wow!"
