Greetings!

PERC   Final   Reading   of   Constitutional   Changes

	"[The] final (third) reading will be given of the proposed constitution
at the next meeting.   Chief changes in the new constitution are:   to
fix no minimum age for PERC membership;   to create a 7-man board of
directors;   to allow officers to succeed themselves;   to provide a
referendum on officers and members;   to provide for board action on
memberships.   Following the reading, a vote will be taken to:  
accept;    reject,    or   postpone   for further study."
