PERC   Board   Meeting

	"THE   BOARD   OF   DIRECTORS   met April--29th in the former West Penn
Building for their monthly meeting.   Principle business was the
discussion of PERC policy on ownership, operation, repair, and
maintenance of our cars.   These plans will be presented to the
membership Thursday evening for further review and discussion."
