PRCo   West   End

	"NOTHING   DEFINITE   on West End yet.   Even if and when the new buses
arrive, the several boroughs involved would individually have to
formally arrange for the substitution, and for the removal of rails.  
So, no plans yet for last-day operations.   And in another part of town,
the powers that be, namely those in charge of The Parade, do not seem to
want to budge from their choice of parade route, which, if followed,
will practically eliminate trolley participation."
